Oracle Power forms joint venture for green hydrogen project in Pakistan

LONDON, UK: Oracle Power Plc (AIM:ORCP), the worldwide pure resources project developer, has entered in to a three way partnership settlement with the Private Office of His Highness Shaikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum (represented through Kaheel Energy FZE, a wholly owned free zone firm incorporated under the legal guidelines of Dubai, UAE), with the target of advancing the Company’s inexperienced hydrogen project in Pakistan.

The three way partnership company, Oracle Energy Limited, goals to make investments in, develop, personal and function a facility for the manufacture of inexperienced hydrogen in Pakistan (Sindh province) and additionally undertake its storage, transportation and sale.

Oracle Energy, a restricted legal responsibility firm incorporated under the legal guidelines of Pakistan, will be funded on a 70:30 foundation by Kaheel Energy and Oracle Power respectively.

Kaheel Energy will be issued shares such that its shareholding is 70 per cent and the remaining 30% will stay with Oracle Power on a pari passu basis.
