Saint-Gobain divests its distribution business in Poland

LONDON, UK: Saint-Gobain Group has entered into an settlement for the sale of Tadmar, its Polish distribution model specialised in plumbing, heating and sanitaryware products, to the Polish firm 3W.

In 2021, Tadmar generated revenues of round €100 million. It has round 50 gross sales outlets and 2 logistic facilities and employs 460 people.

This divestment marks the full exit of Saint-Gobain from distribution business in Poland.

The finalization of this transaction is topic to approval by the Polish Office for Competition and Consumer Protection and is anticipated to be accomplished by the finish of 2022.
