LONDON, UK: Peabody Capital and Catalyst Housing Limited introduced that their merger course of is complete.
Catalyst Housing Limited and its subsidiaries have joined along with the Peabody Group, creating an organisation with 104,000 homes and round 220,000 customers in London and the house counties. They join initially as a subsidiary with the intention to maneuver to full integration by April 2023.
Lord Kerslake is the Chair for the brand new organisation and Ravi Rajagopal is the Vice-Chair. The newly mixed organisation is led by Ian McDermott, with Sarah Thomas taking up the role of Chief Operating Officer.
