LONDON, UK: TP Group (AIM: TPG), introduced that, following the strategic review of the Group’s consulting and software program capabilities in relation to its wider technique as introduced on 1 November 2021, the Board has agreed to promote its Northstar autonomous navigation software program to QinetiQ Limited a subsidiary of QinetiQ Group PLC for a money consideration of c£0.6m.
The disposal will result within the Northstar software, and its development team, being transferred to QinetiQ efficient 1st April 2022.
Northstar autonomous navigation software program is being developed for an innovative solution involving an amphibious unmanned floor vehicle (UGV) that goals to assist personnel advance safely and stealthily through difficult terrain.
