SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Synergy Group Limited (ASX: IS3) has accomplished the acquisition of 100% of the shares in POSTech International Pty Ltd.
Commenting on the acquisition, Managing Director, Dato’ Lawrence Teo said: “We’re happy to have accomplished the acquisition of POSTech, and we glance ahead to welcoming its employees, integrating its operations and serving its customers”.
Moreover, Mr Kevin Coutinho has been appointed as Chief Technical Officer of Synergy Group.
