SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: FAR Limited (ASX: FAR) notified that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Victoria McLellan has resigned and Garth Campbell-Cowan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer.
Ms McLellan will finish with the Company on the finish of April following a hand-over interval with Mr Campbell-Cowan.
Mr Campbell-Cowan is an skilled executive, working throughout a number of ASX listed organisations, together with most recently as CFO of gold mining firm St Barbara Limited. He has been appointed on a contract foundation for the interval of transition of the Company.
