OSLO, NORWAY: Canopy Holdings AS introduced that Group CEO Bent Grøver will leave the Company on 1 April 2022, a bourse submitting said on Tuesday.
Bent Grøver assumed the role of Group CEO on 22 February 2021. Prior to this he served for a number of years as Chair and member of the Board of Directors of the Company. CFO Ivar Blekastad has been appointed to the role of acting CEO efficient as of 1 April 2022.
