Atea Denmark acquires KMD’s hardware and software business

OSLO, NORWAY: Atea Denmark has entered an settlement to acquire KMD’s hardware and infrastructure software program business.

The acquired enterprise sells hardware and standard software program to customers primarily within the Danish market. The enterprise has 24 employees throughout three workplace locations in Denmark.
