Tracey Graham will step down from the Royal London Board

LONDON, UK: Royal London today introduced that Tracey Graham will step down from the Royal London Board on 22 March 2022.

Tracey was first appointed in March 2013 and has served for 9 years, the utmost tenure for an independent non-executive director.

Commenting on Tracey’s departure, Kevin Parry OBE, Chairman of Royal London said: “During her time with Royal London, Tracey has made a significant contribution to the ongoing success of the business, together with serving as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Investment Committee, Nominations and Governance Committee and Risk and Capital Committee. On behalf of the Board I would like to thank her for her service and dedication to the corporate and want her well for the future.”

Tracey Graham commented: “As a contemporary mutual, Royal London is customer-owned and dedicated to selling lengthy run sustainable outcomes on their behalf. It has been a pleasure serving on the board over these final 9 years always placing the pursuits of customers first, serving to construct monetary resilience and importantly, driving positive, wider social change.”

Jane Guyett CBE will replace Tracey as Chair of the Royal London Remuneration Committee, topic to regulatory approval. Jane was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director in August 2021.
