OSLO, NORWAY: Sandefjord municipality has entered into an archive optimization project with Simplifai and its cooperation partner Documaster. Simplifai is Elop’s AI enterprise unit.
Sandefjord municipality has used Documaster as its prime archive and information administration hub for years. However, the data and paperwork want an enchancment in classification and meta data to support the future wants for efficient public services.
Simplifai will apply its AI-driven Documentbot to create a pagewise reclassification of Sandefjord municipality’s entire archive, and extract additional meta data from the archive. All data and paperwork will be restored to the Documaster archive hub and built-in into Sandefjord municipality’s workflows.
