KARACHI, PAKISTAN: Lucky Electric Power Company Limited (LEPCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Lucky Cement, has efficiently commissioned its 660 MW tremendous critical, lignite coal-based energy plant at Deh Ghangiaro, Bin Qasim, Karachi.
