Hafslund Eco becomes the majority owner of Fortum Oslo Varme

OSLO, NORWAY: An industrial partnership of Hafslund Eco, Infranode and HitecVision has entered into an settlement with Fortum to buy Fortum’s 50 per cent share in Fortum Oslo Varme.
