OSLO, NORWAY: Atea Finland has acquired Gambit Group, an IT services supplier based in Vaasa, Finland.
The acquired enterprise specializes in information administration solutions, together with data analytics, machine studying and associated system development. The events have agreed that transaction phrases shall stay confidential.
Gambit Group had income of roughly four million Euro within the fiscal year ending March 2022, representing a growth rate of over 50% from the prior year.
